1999 Subaru Legacy Outback problems? What could it be?

Theres air bubbles in the radiator.
The fans wont work
The heat works sometimes (mostly when you step on it)
doesnt say its overheating, but the coolants coming out of the resevoir when i drive it.
Drives nice though.
could the sensor be messing it up?

What do you think the problem is?
We already changed the water pump, thermostat(not a SUBARU one though. Should i get a subaru one?) and the radiator. We didnt change the heater core.
