i have a 1997 F350 with a 7.3 diesel. when i switch my tanks from rear to front it continues to draw from the rear tank but tells me it switched to the front tank even tho the front tank is still full. i also have a 1996 F150 with a similar issue so it must be a pretty common problem. i have heard selector valve or fuel pump but which one? both tanks have their own. has anyone else had this problem?
Girl #1 or #2?
I meant who is more good-looking overall and not necessarily who is "prettier" :)
today i took a small trip i drove about 100 miles straight without turning engine off. about 60 miles into the trip i started to hear a noise. when i got home i looked at it and it seems to be coming from the belt assembly and when i got a closer look it sounds like its coming from the alternator (bearing going out) but what im trying to figure out is, ive heard the car make that same noise before when its really cold out but goes away as soon as the car warms up. so i been thinking maybe its the belt making the noise.
I have this shaking problem with my car whenever I'm driving, n it doesn't matter how fast I'm driving. I'll let go of the gas n it's still shaking! I mean the whole car shakes like it's about to brake down! I don't know wat the problem is! Help me! Put so much money into this car n that's the only problem I have now :(
The motor is blowing oil right out of the timing cover. It bubbles right out the top of it. I suspected the pcv valve being bad and causing too much base pressure, so i changed it. But it still does the same thing with a new valve. I was never much of a motorhead, more of a fabricator so this isnt my territory. any help is appriciated.
btw it does it wether the motor is hot or cold.
Yes I know my car is already 21 years old. But it was handed over to me as my first car so it's fine. The problem now is that whenever I turn off my engine and leave it for more than 15 minutes, then come back to start the car again, it won't start no more. I have to wait for about an hour and a half for it to start again. Yes it starts if it was left for an hour and a half, i think it's cooling down. But it's not the way it supposed to be. It has full battery and it makes the ignition sounds when i turn the key to start. But it won't start.

This is a new rig but I'm starting to experience a random shutdown due to power issue. When I play BF3 at maxed setting,it will shutdown for about 5-10 mins except browsing the internet.I'm currently using Thermaltake TR2 1000 watt PSU which I bought 6 months ago tand I just used it today because it took me a couple of months to gather the all the parts.
