Open Question: What do I need for long scenes?

I am going to shoot a short film. And I want to shoot a long scene about 3-4 mins. There will be a guy in the movie, and i will follow him with the camera. What do I need for this? (shoulder pad, focus puller vs.) What Lens Should I Choose? I have Canon EOS 650D / Rebel T4i. Thanks.

I have a very dialogue heavy short film script that I need to make into a storyboard.
But how do most storyboard artists deal with dialogue scenes?

You often have returning camera angles. For example:

Character A asks a question (camera shot 1 : focus on A)
Character B responds to A (camera shot 2 : focus on B)
Character A responds to B while walking to another point in the room (camera shot 3 : focus on A)
Character B responds again to A (camera shot 2 is used again since it's the same frame : focus on B)

Will storyboard artits draw shot 4?

For research project i am making a children's book on ancient gods. I want to have some pictures in it but i don't know how to draw, so if i take pictures off Google and place them in my book, but i write where i get it from under the picture and give credit and then print out only one copy for me, do the pictures still count as copyright? Do i have to ask for permission from the artist to use the picture or can i just put it on and credit them?

I read some article that stretching is bad for muscles because it makes the tissue tear and after cause joints pains and stuff like that. I wonder is it really true ?? Because I really wana learn to do splits

P. s. i am talking about normal stretching and not overdo, they say any stretching isnt natural for body
