Don't know which ram to buy.?

I have several concerns though .
1. My computer reports me as having PC3-10700 DDR3-1333 ram . From reading other forums I have
heard that this is the same as PC3-10600 . But I am not certain.
2. I used a detection tool from crucial.com . And it recommended either PC3-8500 or PC3-10600.
Since my computer reports PC3-10700 , I am not sure which to buy.
3. My last question is what to buy , PC3-8500/10600 .
