F250 makes a grinding sound but stops when i press the brake or flip on a turning signal?

Ok so recently my vehicle started making this grinding sound. That sounds like its coming from the dash. Actually it kinda sounds like two wires arcing together. But the sound stops when i press down on my brake or flip on my turn signal any ideas
