Im writting a horror/drama novel an i need help.?

Well, i have a good bit amount written on word pad at the moment, but i dont know how it really is. ive never written a book nor have i read one. but idk if its good and i need some help.
Here it is so far

Chapter 1. "Having Dinner"

It was a cold snowy day in New York, when the elderly Fleischer sisters invited their young newly wed neighbors for dinner. "Come on in!" Said Elga Feischer "its 32 degrees out there, and we just got a fire going!", So The Young couple rushed inside to get warm. But what they diddnt know is that the Fleischer sisters had other plans for them.
