tongue piercing, lots of blood?
Okay guys, so i got my tongue pierced on Friday (December second) and I've started to run into some problems.. the piercing place WAS completely clean. when the woman was checking my tongue she did realize some veins so my piercing is further back than most which means longer healing time, and a much more painful piercing experience. the swelling didn't start to go down until Wednesday and even now it is not completely healed.
*at the minute there is a green/yellow coat on my tongue and i think i have a mild yeast infection
Last night i changed the balls on my bar. I DID NOT change to a shorter bar. but when i woke up this morning my tongue was completely covered in blood. just wondering what was the cause like is it because i changed the balls and it was irritated or is there another reason? it doesn't hurt anymore than it did but im just worried,
also any advice on healing would be greatly appreciated
* i have since changed back to the original balls that came with the bar

forgot to add : the piercer gave me Corsodyl mouthwash to use twice a day(aids recovery apparently) and recommended using Listerine NO ALCOHOL after every meal. so that's my cleaning routine
