When citing a short story that was found in a volume of stories

When citing a short story that was found in a volume of stories, do I include the original author's name first?

Or last? Or not at all? For example the book I'm referring to is The Norton Anthology of American Literature and the author is Jack London. So do I not put London's name first in the works cited? Or when I list it in the parenthesis? So confused. Been trying to look on MLA but can't find it at all. Thanks
